My etek 2 has the star frame and board and when I turn on the board it says press pb what does this mean?

Press the power button maybe?...

When I press it it says top and then when I scroll down it says middle then goes to inside and won't do anything after that even when I take out the battery and then put it back in

video of the problem would help us diagnose your issue.

It is on when it says that but I will take a video of it
