what's a good stock for an X7 phenom?
I'm going remote for the first time and want something sturdy and doesn't wobble all over. I like the idea of the G36 folding stock but idk how it feels? Also im looking for something that isn't too long as I'm not that tall of a guy. Any help would be much appreciated.

yea. the stock is sthg very personal because it depends from the shape of your body. Dont buy one until you test it first. Some maybe too uncomfortable for you when playing or trying to aim

The only one I would suggest would be the Collapsible Carbine stocks, since they are fairly universal. Anything different is all preference since the contours of the stocks are different.

I have the G36 folding stock on my phenom and I love it. It is well made and fits the gun perfectly, there is no wobble at all.
The only problem that I have with it is that when its folded it actually hits the cyclone feed and sticks out a little bit from the cyclone. This stock was made for the original X7 which is just a little bit longer than the phenom. It really isn't a big deal and i still love the stock anyway even though it doesn't fit flush with the gun.

if you do plan to get the folding one a way to get over the contact with the cyclone might be to get the air thu adapter rap4 sell for it might move the stock back just enough and would move the remote line completely out out of the way during the game

I ordered the g36 off Ebay about a week ago. I'm just waiting for it to get here from China.

Folding is a huge plus makes door breaches and switching to the off hand much easier.. I would say its a must.. I have both a g36 folding and a m4 telescoping stock... I never found myself using the m4 stocks feature... But i switch the g36 down all the time... Iv also used the stocks that do both.. My best friend actually has the scar stock (we both use phenoms)... He said the same thing... Less your a big man and need the length to make it comfy... Id say save the money... Also iv use and sold all my stocks that weren't tippmann I find there the most solid out of the box without filing or the like... And tippmann also provides rubber gaskets to make sure it's as solid as it can get!.. Happy hunting!
