Any specific drills? as opposed to saying running/diving/sliding...cause those are quite obvious lol, im looking for a little more detail on the drills...not people saying you need to work on general things.

Your snake player can work on his speed and his superman slide inside of the snake
Your mid and back player can practice on switching hands

This.
or setup a cone say at the 50, practice running to their bunkers while having guns up. Harder when you're playing dry, as many would benefit from this by actually shooting the cone to get an accurate shot while running and gunning.

there are plenty. Breaks, running and gunning, dodgeball, snapshooting, double running and gunning, two vs one or three vs two, tactics..... most of them can be done without paint.

get some re-balls. we have a huge back yard we use, and we just use re-balls. relatively inexpensive.
play hide n seek if you have bunkers, good for communication.

One thing I found useful was setting up cones zig zagged down the field, running and gunning to each cone then sliding. It is like a modified suicide. That rhymes. Also think about keeping your barrels as level as possible when running.

one effective practice would be from the start box, run down field simulating bunkering but continually swapping hands as you pass bunkers.
also - i would go ahead and leave your barrel socks on so anyone around won't get caught off guard with unprotected barrels.

All players do sprint intervals for 3 min. Rest for a few and do it again for 20 to 30 min. This will help with speed and strength in the legs. Faster your team is the faster you can get in and start shootin.
