Good for you. Move onto E-Flexes. One player isn't going to make or break a company the size of Valken, but you probably won't because I'm 99% sure that was an empty threat to try and get a response from someone, even then it could hardly matter less to Valken.

trust me, its not a empty threat. my mask is pretty torn up from its use and ive always been faithful to them having bought 10+ lenses from them since the profits first came out, not to mention ive had two pairs of profits.

Sounds like my experience with Valken. My Profits have the paint flaking off the eye frames. I took pictures, sent them to Valken and was told I'd have to produce a receipt for any warranty help. I had to call my shop to dig up the receipt. E-mailed the receipt to Valken and was told that I'd have to ship them the mask for "further inspection" before my warranty claim would be honoured.
It sounded fishy to me so I never shipped it, and I'm really disappointed that Valken doesn't stand behind their products like Kee would, or Sly would have before being bought out by Valken. I won't be buying anything associated with them ever again.

It sucks, because I love my Profits. They're my favourite mask by far, so comfy. I just can't support Valken's horrible customer service.
