The New Pro Make-up
I was wondering how you felt the new pro series rules are and how you feel this could effect the team on a sponsorship along with just a team level?

As with any change there are challenges. The league has been working diligently to come up with a long term process for graduating into the pro ranks. What you see before you in the Champions and Challengers divisions is the solution that has been provided. While I believe there are shortcomings with all the options that were discussed this is by far the best option out there for both the short and long term.
We’re going to be working hard for the next 6 or so weeks to make sure we’re not only in the top 10 in Dallas, but playing deep into Sunday and competing for the overall Championship.
As for the team’s sponsorship, I don’t believe this will have any impact on the level of support our sponsors have committed to us this year.

As a team, the changes in format does not change our goals.
Relegation doesn't influence us because our goals are much higher.
Our goals are to win more matches, compete in the playoffs, and win.
We worked hard to get here and we are working to be better than we are now.

Are you guys going to partake in all of this off-season madness with the pickups or did you fill your entire roster in last years tryout?

While we would have liked to have participated in the off season madness a little we just don’t have the funds to compete with the “Big Boys” – Russians, Impact, Heat, Damage, Ironmen, Dynasty, x-factor and Infamous. We either lack the funds or location to attract big names.
I’ve always believed in keeping it local. By doing so we’re able to practice every open weekend without having to worry about flying in people or having ½ the team miss the practice, etc.. We’ve managed to create a very close knit group of people who just so happen to also be playing paintball together. I wouldn’t trade the players I have for anyone or anything – but I might look to augment them

Definitely some big advantages to staying local. Hopefully the local area talent gives you enough to work with. We'll try to do our part!

And guys, keep it that way. You guys are the definition of a true original paintball team that started from the bottom and worked to the top and kept it local. With sports now a days it's so hard to see teams have true dynasties and grow together. It's just get talent pay them and move along. Then you have off season madness. It takes the fun out of the sport now since everyone is hired guns. Stay true, stay original and we love you guys! Kick *** at Dallas and hopefully you guys will be in the champs division, you deserve it. If not you wont lose any fans we all have your backs.
