Nation,
I just had my 2.1 anodized and I need to glue the rubber navigation console back onto the frame. What is the best glue to do this with?

I would look for some type of resin that will allow you to remove it again if necessary. I would not look to use Superglue.

superglue will do the job just fine, just don't go crazy with it and it will come off again if you need it to, one or two drops should do the trick, but make sure not to get any one the window.
If you don't want to do the glue thing, contact your local tech center and they will be able to sell you a replacement console.
