well i got the gun for a good deal and i knew there was some stuff wrong with it i ended up ordering a charger for it that i no longer need since i did the cr123a mod so that may go up for sale once i get it in my hands

he said it was the battery and when i hooked it to a 9v every thing was working but after i did this mod it started doing this.

You might want to check your voltage and make sure it is adequate to power the board. Given the age, availability and features of the stock boards, I'd just retrofit it with the PMR board if it was me.

It is running at 6 volts now the battery's were brand new and I checked with a dmm. I found a member here selling a LCD board I may pick up.
