alright, after some stupidity, i adjusted the HPR. what is the correct HPR pressure setting? i have it a little more than 200psi(i have a 0 or 1% error gauge liquid filled on a test rig).
and just to make sure, i adjust velocity up by the LPR, correct?

Yes you can set hpr to 200psi and adjust velocity through lpr, however now I'm running about 210psi on hpr and lowest possible lpr without any drop off. With the new bolt I set the hpr to about 195 and starting the lpr all the way out I increase lpr one notch at a time until it fully cycles, then after that I increase two more notches and install set screw. If at that setting I'm shooting and little low velocity I increase hpr to disired velocity. Also make sure you have a good paint/bore match.

Just stumbled onto this thread. Great stuff! I got a zr1 in a trade for my nt11, I will be getting it Thursday, I will post pics, it's all black, nothing to flashy, but hopefully I can get a friend to anno it for me.
I would like to ask, has the on/off ASA gotten any father, I read on pages 16-18 that there was talk of one "soon" and I sent off a email to the Facebook page, and tried looking back through these pages on the topic but I didn't really get anywhere. Does anyone know of anything about it? Just Curious. I'm very excited to try this baby out, probably gonna be my primary this season if I like it.

Ok, I guess it's not that big of a deal. I just am used to having it, small price to pay.
I have shot a luxe, and a clone gt. they were both incredibly smooth, and I have been using a vx'd clone. How does it compare to those three? I wish there were more vs threads for this, I think it would generate more buzz for what is apparently a hugely under rated marker.

you really don't need the on/off it is really easy to take the tank off. i haven't shot a clone in awhile but i would say the zr1 has better feel to it and you will enjoy shooting it. it will blow away the nt11 for sure

Nice. Honestly I wasn't looking for one of these until i stumbled onto it. I was looking for a ego 11, I wanted, reliable, consistant, efficient, and smooth.
Then I researched this little gem and figured, lets try it! I will try to post a video this weekend, it's freezing or below here in ohio, would be a good test to see how it contends with the cold.

i will tell you it isn't like most spoolies it doesn't like a lot of lube. just enough to make the orings wet
edit you bought an on/off or a zr1

Then the lube thing is a lot like my clones, they were really picky with the amount of lube it liked. I don't think I will have a problem. I just need to get a new reg for my tank. Trying to sell em but no one is biting. Oh well.
I can only hope the on/off is on it's way. I know it's not a big deal, but it would just be the Icing on the cake if it shoots like what you are saying.

I did not, but I work at a chain hardware store. So I figure I can pick up a compression tank pressure gauge, since that is male threaded, and if I need some adapter I can find that too.

Nice! You might have gotten a better deal than I. I traded my nt11 plus 100 for a lnib zr-1.5. Though my nt didn't have a case, lube or Allen's. But I did include an extra barrel back for the ul.

I was surprised I was the only bidder on it, nib 1.5 with the pictured extras is a steal in my book. Been wanting to try one out for a while now since I was one of the first people who gave the quest a shot back in the day.
