Your problem is the solenoid manifold. It is essentially the "housing" of your solenoid. You can get a new one for about $30. Jut put you're spool shaft and pilot in the new housing.
Try not to tighten the solenoid mounting screws too hard or it cracks the manifold.

Hmm. Odd, I can't believe they would have said that. Normally, the manifold only needs to be replaced (as stated above).

It is also possible that your reg is supercharging. The solenoid will vent to protect itself. Lower / service your reg with a new manifold, and make sure the spool pack is clean and clear of debris.
Otherwise, I would contact Gerry at the Planet Eclipse Rhode Island office, especially if someone at an event told you to just ignore a leak. gerry.b@planeteclipse.com is his email, he's also active on the forums.

All GEO and GEO+ owners should take note that the solenoid housings are EXTREMELY EASY to crack from over tightening! Not only will the side hole crack apart, but the center hole is also very easy to crush. Besides the main screw holes, the ball check, spool and pilot can also be easily overtightened and cause tiny cracks that might be had to see. Unless you are sure you are having a solenoid problem, don't even bother messing with it. I previously owned a GEO+ and learned after going through 2 solenoid housings.
