Demon PSI Output

What would be the best pressure to play with the Demon?
I'm using a HPA tank as of right now
I remember seeing here and there that running it at Mid pressure would be the best

What would the optimum PSI output pressure be for the Demon(number wise)

And which tank regulator would you guys recommend
