Geo3 bolt lube question

Watching Jack Wood's Geo3 maintenance vid and then reading the manual it seems they don't agree. Maybe I am missing something.

Do the two 020 NBR70 on the bolt can and/or the 013 NBR70 on the bolt get lube? Manual says yes, Jack doesnt lube them in the vid though.

vxmaniac has achieved Level 1 in PbNation Pursuit
lube them if the assembly is hard to get in and out of the gun.... otherwise they dont require lube

vxmaniac has achieved Level 1 in PbNation Pursuit
the 013 on the front of the bolt does not get any lube... it will just mess with your eyes and ball accuracy if you put lube there
