I have a stock 05, its not old its experienced...but seriously it still shoots great but I am just getting back into the tournament scene since 2007 and was wondering what upgrades (board/bolt) you think I should invest in? also is it true that PE will update my board for free if i send it to them (just something i read online not sure if it's true or not)?
I have a ego 05 also.. I have a ego 10 virtue board in it. Works perfectly
I agree, I have been shooting bad paint. However, I do only have one barrel back. Will I be able to shoot a wider variety of paint more accurately if I pickup some barrel backs?
No. The 89 back that comes with the ego 11 is very versatile. Paint quality makes up for seriously about 90% of your accuracy. Bore to paint match is next. Is suggest picking up a barrel back kit from eclipse. The boost kit for the shaft 4. Back sizing mostly affects efficiency but it can yield better consistency over the chrono as well.
Hey bill/ pbnation users. I have an 07 ego solenoid that is leaking from the piston/piston housing. My coils and electronic back are perfectly fine. I have 2 and tried both backs with same probelm. How do I take apart the solenoid to bare minimum (ie how the heck do I get the piston out of the housing to change the orings on it). Also it doesnt leak when the solenoid piston is pressed down manually. It only leaks when not pressed. Meaning at rest when the gun is aired up it leaks but when the piston is depressed manually and fully it stops leaking. It looks to be loctited into the housing and I have no idea how to unscrew it to get it out.
I recently picked up an 09 EGO
Has Check It Ti Rammer
The bolt has 4 orings, is this standard? The face is cut flush, so no soft touch. Only recessed at the top so it doesn't clip the next ball
Should I get the CURE 3 or 4? Anything else?
