I can do it. But again, you couldn't pay me enough to make it worth my time. I'd have to make it a general release application and include a medium for monetizing its activity and spend more time aggressively pushing its distribution; still not worth enough for my free time.
Nice idea, but this isn't something you bring on a developer for. It is simple enough that it grants yourself great exposure to the tools and environments by building a proof of concept you can benefit from. This one project paves the way for another, and another, and eventually you've got enough experience under your belt that you can be compensated for an interest in a hobby.
