Can you say... Trying to Monopolize! Wow so has anyone shot this paint is it any good? I seed them controlling the market if this shoots off

If it shoots good, why not ? Teams wearing dye, shooting dye guns and dye paint.... Sounds like divisonal team will have good deals..

all the european and asia players who have chimed in on it all say they like it a lot and have had nothing bad to say about it. Will be interesting to see how dye handles their sponsored teams and what paint they shoot.

I have sold this Paint in Norway for the 2012 season, both sponsored teams and my self have used it. I have also used it in the millennium series.

I think CG this is the best paint i have used in 2012. It shoots straight, its very brittle (will break from knee hight) but will not break in your gun. It will also work with low end blowback guns (tippmann, spyders) without any issue.

It will also hold up well after you open the bag, after a tournament we left paint in our pods for about a month, the paint was still brittle and shot straight.

I am not sure what dye is mixing in the shell, but its something magic.

The Proto paint is also awesome for practice or cheap tournament paint.

I have shot it since March 2012, usually in a pump with one ball on top of another accuracy, and without bounces. Rare barrel breaks, maybe 1 or 2/month, if that. No issues in spring/summer/fall winter, with temps between 50-100 degrees. Also stores really well, thinks 3+ months in my closest without issues. shot it out of .684 barrels without rollouts on the sniper.

Guns I have shot it out of without issues: Various CCM and sniper pumps, phantom, High Pressure old school angels (LED/LCD), cockers, Dye/Proto guns without a hitch. I even ran a couple of hoppers through an RTmag without a break. Brittle paint, but not in your gun.

It is up there with Ultra Evil, GI 5 star, etc, as far as a high end paint. Essentially same price +/- $10.

I used to shoot Proto Darts back in like 2006 all the time. Fantastic paint. Very pleased to see Dye relaunching its paint line if it's anything like it used to be.

I shoot Redemption Pro whenever it is available at my field. Love it.

That being said, I will shoot either Pro or Dye as much as I can based on availability and byop events.

Looking forward to this year for sure.

Most pro's that practice at Camp Pendleton sling Proto for practice.
