yea. Adjustable between 450, 550, 700 & 800 PSI Settings

what does it matter? it can run on high, medium, low and slp pressures. you wont notice any changes between any of them except maybe a couple shot more out of a lp or slp reg.

well if they are the regular ninja regs and you have not touched them then they should be set to HP. if your really wanted to you can remove all the shims to set it to LP.

Not necessary at all. You are fine with any of those tank output pressures. I happen to like running LP on my Crossfire SS because I can shoot deeper into my tank fill consistently - meaning that my tank output stays more consistent as I get close to empty on my tank. With my Rev-i, there isn't many shots between when I start to see shootdown and when I get nothing because the tank is literally empty. I have not really checked if there is a difference in air efficiency between hp vs. lp. My guess is there isn't much difference at all.
