2013 Saturday Night Speedball @ Paintball Valley
It's that time again! Last year's Saturday Night Speedball kick-off quickly turned into what we've affectionately labeled the most friendly practice session in the state.
No renters. No obscene paint prices. Just you, your marker, airball, and a group of some of the most laid-back yet experienced players around. Come on out and Join the fun, starting this coming April, on the first and third Saturday night of every month, from 6-9 pm.

will the field be lit up or is this indoor? just curious? If it is lit up then how good is the lighting?

I'm really liking the sounds of this place with the pump days and the speedball nights. Good stuff, and some pretty awesome prices.

It's an outdoor field. There was some lighting and I believe they mentioned they were going to add some lighting as well.
The group of guys (and gals) that play are a good group. I had not played in over a decade when I came down to play and they made me feel right at home. Between that and the prices, you just can't beat it.

As Jvaughn said, it's an outdoor field, with lights. The current lights do the job...but aren't stellar. We're working on some upgrades. Thankfully, most of the time during the 6-9 bracket for the dates selected for Saturday Night Speedball is still well within sunlight hours.
I'm glad to hear everyone's excited about this and our Pump days! We're looking forward to a great season out here in Brown County!

People can only handle so much of Jay at once. I'd hate to cause a riot. I mean, the man's only got so much of himself to go around...and we can only fit so many people on our speedball fields, you know...

For those of you who are planning to play our three-man series this summer, the layout for the series opener has been finalized as of yesterday, so our next TWO Saturday Night Speedball sessions will be played on Event #1's layout, and the focus of Saturday Nights for the next three months will be three-man.
Looking forward to seeing you all out here!
