Leaving the air in.

I just got a Chaser and I'm wondering what kind of adverse effects am I looking at from leaving it aired up? Did Kingman take this into account when designing the marker?

There is no problem with leaving air in it as long as you un-cock the marker. Hold the slide back and pull the trigger, the slide will catch the bolt and let you un-cock the marker.

I wouldnt leave the air in personally. I dunno never used one of these maybe the construction is much better these days but I have owned many pellet and paint pistols that use the 12 g co2 and they were all pretty much junk.....inevitably developed leaks...usually quite quickly and after watching the tear down vid I wouldnt want to have to do that very often

why would you leave any marker aired up besides when your playing...more wear and tear just from being pressurized

It's going to leak so it will be empty after a few hours or so. I don't think it's going to damage the marker significantly if you do it once, but I wouldn't make a habit of it.
