I was at paintball gateway yesterday and was checking out their Empire Sniper Pro Edition made with their own Check It internals. The pump stroke was much better I think mainly because the bolt doesn't have the front o-ring which on stock sniper rub on the detents. Also from what I was told the other internals also improve the performance. I was trying to find review on it to decide if its worth the money.

I want to know your thoughts! Especially if you have used the Check It upgrade for Empire Sniper!

Well I just decided to go with the WGP Sniper pump-Nightkast deluxe over the Empire sniper as I have heard a lot of good things about it. They are both great guns so I would guess a combo of each would be deadly.

I recently upgraded my empire sniper to the check it internals, bolt and reg and it made a huge difference... Made me hold off on buying a ccm, for now

PB Gateway won't steer you wrong. I'd get one if I did have 6 other pumps to use.

I just got the check it upgrade for the empire sniper and in my opinion there is a huge difference in the pump stroke. I havent been able to shoot it yet.. Ill give my opinion on the performance once i get a chance to play. would have been this Sat. but the weather is messing things up.

Chances are it's just a more balanced set of springs with a lighter overall weight or strength.

My problem was that in the sniper manuel it says that the sweet spot for the reg is around 230. With the IVG turned around 3 turns form flush I was shooting at 250 fps. So i was having to turn up the reg and turning the IVG to just under 4 turns to get closer to 280.
From my understanding the Check It high pressure valve increase the air flow while keeping the psi low. This in combination with the spring allow me to have my reg at 240 and the IYG at 1 turn in from flush and shooting at 280 fps.
