Always defer to supply v demand. Most prices drop after the last AWB was passed. I would suppose that prices would stay high for months if it doesn't pass.

The supply will be fine when garage FFLs with $200k in orders cancel because the panic is over. The year long leads will magically disappear like last time this happened.

I'm not talking about real value, I am talking about the inflated value my carbine currently holds. I've seen rifles with the same parts as mine going for 2100 (paid 700), but I am still seeing 2800 ACRs. |

Please tell me where you've seen ACR go for 2800. Lowest I can remember seeing is around 3500
MR556s are going for like 6k

I'm not going to say what agency I work for, but I help write scenarios for exercises. You guys need to understand that when they write a scenario, it's usually a contractor. And it's usually something over-blown and includes a lot of different things so that multiple sections/groups can exercise different things.
Like that one also included a mass arsonist and a Chem/Bio/HAZMAT element.

I understand being prepared. I just think it's a little ****ty that they COULD be practicing/planning for a scenario where they deprive people of their right to protect themselves and if anyone doesnt comply they declare war with them by making them out to be terrorists.
