try to work on an elliptical if ya can. less impact and easier for the hammy situation... plus strong cardio.
and of course I say all this while a coworker hands me a delicious piece of pecan pie... :heaven:

So I havent run into any serious roomate battles yet since I moved in a year ago. I get along with him well, I consider us to be friends.
He started dating this girl last week and she has practically moved in. Almost every day, shes over here, cuddling up with him on the couch. I get it, attraction in early stages. I can deal with it every once in a while, weekends, etc. What is driving me crazy is coming home to a mixed variety of her friends all the time.
This is not a hotel, its not a bar. I live here. I like my peace and quiet. Its not a very big place. I also like the peace and understanding I have with my roomate.
Thoughts? I thought Id stir up the OT.
