2012 Reflex Leak

Hello all, I recently bought a Reflex Rail and love the thing. I've had no big problems yet, but am having a rather minor one.

Sometimes (not every time) I flip my ASA on with my tank on the marker will air up and immediately a small but consistent lead of air from the small hole on the bottom of the airport in the middle. I tried lubing the O ring, then I changed it. It still leaks. When it does, I turn it off and take out my tank. With the tank off, I turn the Asa on, then off so the pin that pushes the tanks pin in is sticking out. Then I flip the lever off again and screw the tank on and once again turn it on.

I repeat that (fairly confusing process) until it doesn't leak. Which takes anywhere from 1 to 5 attempts.

Why is it doing this? Is anyone else having these problems?

Thanks for telling me what it is. I'll have to try changing it again. At least now I know what is causing it exactly.
