Dye 2pc?

Got this barrel the other day with a Angel LCD. When I look down the tip it has a seam in the middle. I've tried to twist it off but don't want to go further unless I know its a two piece. It's on there really good. I'm pretty sure it is old from the old style Dye ultralight logo/ Angel threads.
Did Dye make one piece barrels with the seam in the middle?

Dye used to sell two piece barrels that were glued.

This. And the threads could possibly be crossed. I bought a Freak from a guy on here and he failed to mention the threads were crossed. Managed to get it off with a strap wrench and grip pads. Thankfully I only paid $30 for the back and 2 tips...
