There are oftend open clinics, sometimes even run by pro players. Having them watch you closely and helpng to tweak your technique is always very helpfull.

the absolute best way to get better at paintball is to play paintball thats the best advice anyone has ever given me. the only way that a gun will hinder your skill is if it will not shoot. if your gun shoots you can play, a working tippman is better than a broken ego

I would suggest having a buddy watch u play and/or record you play so you can be critiqued. Practice doesn't help if ur practicing the wrong way and things

Practice is an obvious answer. Work on your confidence. Best trait build on. Learn your environment, talk to your fellow players, even the other team. And be confident in yourself, not just your gun. Anyone: Tall, fat, short, young, old, skinny, muscular can beat anyone else with confidence in themselves and their equipment.

And remember, the gun doesn't EVER make the player. That's why I've experienced and dealt out beatings with all of my guns from the A5 to the Mini, to my G6R. Why do you think so many players are going back to pumps? It's fun/confidence that beats gun/lots o' shooting.

I am only talking about speedball. This is how i train. Sprints and cardio. Practice your snaping. Practice your break. Practice reloding. Practice holdong and remping with one hand. Practice shooting with both hands. practice accuracy. and more.

Paintball is just like any other sport. if you want to get better you need to be commited. play, and practice ans much as you can. do your drills every day. you will really improve if you do that.

Play, watch, and learn. Don't run the mouth and people will help when you ask. Get to know your field....the refs, owners, the team that practices there. Be a good sport and watch your language.

General tips: people around you will notice and want to help if you have an issue with a skill

As for the basics watch You Tube everything is there from trigger walking, diving, snap shooting ,etc. Hope this helps
