I would keep the young gun theme secondary and try and join an older team that's serious that way you don't have to worry about having everyones parents drive them .

Ie we always had a few young guns on every serious team I was on and the logistics were really easy for them hence why they plaid with us compared to an all young guns team that was more flakey
