PSP offers divisions where you can make money, break even, and not so much. It is up to each team to decide which division they want to play in. If a team chooses to play in a division where they can't break even, then that's the team's decision.
If teams are upset that there is not enough money handed out so that everyone can break even, well, this ain't kindergarten.
Playing PSP events is a lot of fun, even if you don't win (and it has to be, cause most people don't win.) And PSP offers a lot of divisions for people to play in so everyone has the best chance of having a good time when they play. Not all of those divisions are designed for people who want to compete for money, but if you DO want to compete for money, you certainly have the opportunity to. You'll just have to compete against other teams competing for money, and other teams competing for money are probably pretty good.
Remember, the first step to winning D4 is deciding not to play Pro, D1, D2 or D3.
