as long as I at least get 5 pods off a 68/45 fill, I'm fine

i like to guarantee a half a case off a HOT fill 68 4500 but more is better. i had a gen 1 freestyle that shot great but was the worst gun ever on air ( no leaks) if i was luck i would get 500 - 700 shot on hot fills i ran out of air all the time in the middle of games . efficiency- kick- paint breakage

Not that big, it is rare when I have to reload during a game.

It's pretty important to me, because I play a lot of woodsball and at my local speedball field, it's a significant walk between the fill station and the playing areas. It's nice to have guns that get upwards of a full case on a 68/4500 fill. However, most of the time, fields don't actually fill your tank near that high. Hence, the extra efficiency is nice to have.

When I had my Pneumag I definitely noticed that it was a PIA to get it filled so often, since it needed to be refilled when the tank went below 900psi. When you start out with only 3000, that's not a lot of shooting before you need to refill again...

I always refill after games end anyway. As long as you know how many pods your marker can fire on a full tank and limit your use to that many per game, you should never run out of air. So if your playing a 2 round game and your marker can go threw 6 pods before your run out of air, then just use 3 pods per round. Then go fill up on paint and air after games end.

Many fields have a good walk to get it filled. Plus, if you happen to be one of the unlucky few who have a field using giant prefilled air tanks instead of a compressor, by the end of the day getting a full 3k fill becomes a rare treat.

Good point, I live 40 min from cpx sports, fox paintball, and paintball explosion. I've never really had more then a 100 yard walk to a fill station. I've been spoiled I guess.
