Have a problem with my Ego 8. The tournament lock on my gun is on, but I can't turn it off. After I turn it on and hold the middle button to go to the settings, the only settings I can mess with are Timer, Display, Exit, and Off. What do I do?

ego 07 velocity problem

Hi,
I picked up 07 ego. It has a techt hush bolt, Kila b detents, CP regulator with gauge, zick kit.
It wasn't shooting right so I went through the gun and changed all the o-rings.
I set the lpr to flush and turned it 1.5 turns in.
my lpr has a silver and gold spring, i put the silver spring in first, then the piston with the gold spring
on the gauge for the hpr on the cp reg its at around 325 psi.
I checked my qev's, and even tried the no qev mod
I set my board to factor, dwell is at 15
my velocity can go anywhere from 250-280, and once in a while 300. but for the most part it hovers around 250-280.
also tried a new energizer battery

I also tried setting the lpr to flush and then adjust the hpr but i still get this inconsistency.
i also have the stock rammer and cap, tried that as well.. same thing happens.
any help greatly appreciated.

Once you have it "off" you need to exit the menu. Then you should be able to change it without opening the grip. Depending on the software, if you change the battery, it will automatically turn the lock on.

Try the original bolt and detents. I have never had luck with Kila products.

Thanks for your reply. I regressed my cp regulator. Last time I just greased the orings only a this time I regressed where the ball bearing is and everywhere else according to instructions forseems like it hits over 290 now and more consistent only plus or minus 6 . I was also testing with two kinds of paint which also made it even more inconsistent originally

I have an Ego 11, I have the HPR maxed all the way out, yet marker is only chrono'ing at 260 FPS. Also marker is incredibly inconsistent. I'm pretty sure it has to be an HPR issue but I'm not entirely sure, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have had the same problem with my Ego11 since getting it 2 months ago. Many suggestions but no real solutions. Tried them all. Currently, I am looking at my detents being the culprit. We'll see.

Hi Guys,
I recently picked up a used sl94. I shot a few cases through it, changed the battery when it told me to. Now that I have a new battery, brand new duracell, when the gun turns on it indicates half power, then flashes completely empty. After a few seconds of that it goes back to the real power level. What's going on?

Ok so I have a slight leak with my new 06 Nexus. I believe it's coming from my QEVs not sealing. I tried loctiting them in place and I think one didn't take. It has enough pressure to push the bolt back, but not enough to actually fire a ball, it just gets stuck in the barrel. Any other suggestions?

I have an ego 11 and it's leaking from the little hole under the lpr ive replaces cup valve and front rammer oring

Try flipping over the seal inside the HPR adjuster assembly. I would also get a spare.

possible bad connection. Make sure the tabs on the board are holding the battery securely. If not, could be the battery.

front or rear qev leaking? Try cleaning the entire threads off with alcohol. let dry then relocitite. Let the loctite set for 24 hours before gassing up.

replace the #14x2 orings on the LPR body, the #10 oring inside the LPR body and the #13 on the piston.

ETEK2 low FPS, None adjustable. Need HELP.

ETEK2 w/ STAR frame, cure 3 and zick2. Bought off individual getting out of the sport. Need major cleaning. Tore down and cleaned relubed/oiled. Shoots fine but only chronos at 268 ish using stock barrel. PROBLEM: LPR adjustment and REGULATOR adjustments have no effect on chrono FPS. No leaks. Help? Need to get chrono up to 275-280.

If there is no change when adjusting the HPR usually that means you need a new piston. Check out the seal at the end of the shaft. See if it is still intact.
