if you use an insert larger than the original bore then you create a ledge in the barrel where you go from the larger bore to the smaller bore potentially causing breaks.

Nope I don't really see the need the fit is very close and I make sure the insert seats against the breach.

Great job man! I had my machinist buddy do this for me and then just put a scribe mark on freak inserts and used a pipe cutter and a file. I told him he could make money doing this but he wasnt interested.

Yes but their is an extra charge since it MUST have windows because of the grooves where the size label goes being too thin. |
