I've been working with my trigger in an attempt to increase my ROF but can't seem to get it dialed in. I have been able to achieve higher ROF by lowering the debounce (green light) on my virtue board but, when used with air the kick with make the marker fire. I have seen the anti mechanical bounce feature (yellow light) but have not adjusted it from stock. I have tried everything from removing all fore and after travel to less for travel with a littler after travel and vise versa. Also I should note that I have tried different return settings durring that proccess. Is there a good trigger set up thread or video out there? Or perhaps there is a good trigger set up theory? I searched but didn't see anything relevant. My setup is as follows:

Etek 3
Virtue board (stock and custom ROF settings tried)
Hush V2 bolt
Zick 2 kit

I will look into those. Out of curiosity, how much travel do you have before and after the click of the switch?
