They make tophats for this situation, you sure you got the right size hose? Never had a problem with hoses blowing off except on the DYE 3-ways, they have tiny barbs. Other thing to check is you may have your LPR pressure too high.

Huh?
You have to turn your LPR down, slowly keep turning it up until it starts recocking correctly, then go an extra 1/4 turn from there.

Oh the LPR is blowing off? If so, yes, needs a rebuild

Are you tightening the knob down, or loosening it to turn it down?
You should be loosening it. If the hose is popping of, either it's the wrong sized hose, or it's worn out. Clipping off the swollen bit (it should be easy to see) and working the fresh hose onto the barb will get rid of the issue.

Are you sure you got Autococker 3-way hose? 3-way hose is 1/16" ID...... I have a feeling the shop you bought from had hose in stock for the hoppers on the Tippmann's which is 3/32" ID.......

If you need hose, I sell it for $5 for 3 feet shipped. I only have clear right now, but I am working on getting other colors.

Might be worth checking your LPR . The piston might be jammed causing it to over pressurize . Hope this helps .

One thing I found for popping off hoses, use a on off o ring from an automag on the line.... slide the o ring on the line past where it seats on the barb, put it on the barb then slide the o ring over it... when I had an lpr stick it blew the line up before it popped off the barb.

What size is that o-ring? I've got some 003 3-way o-rings laying around, but they're probably too small.

i second the hose may just be worn and the end just needs to be clipped off, or it just needs replacing. lets face it most cockers are 10+ years old and hoses dont last forever before they dry out and give way.
....or if the gun kicks like a mule..that would be too high on the lpr.
