Cousins Calverton is not big enough period there isn't enough room for 6 fields.

The big reason why they aren't doing Phoenix (or probably not) is that it brought the least number of teams 115 and it is the most expensive event

Revenue - Cost = Profit. When revenue is low and cost is high they had no choice to look elsewhere.

I think there is definitely room for them to build 4 more fields, the only problem i see is the timeframe.
