The NPPL a few years back used to have multiple fields I want to say 5 or 6 on the beach. PSP could do it if they wanted to.

The PSP is just letting the NPPL dig a hole too deep to get out of, which I am somewhat confident they have already done.
I honestly think PSP is handling this the right way, they obviously have the trump card here and can wait for the NPPL to dry out as long as they want because they are the ones making money and expanding.

Yea HB 08 had six fields at least. PSP just needs to make money they simply can't when they pay that much for a venue.

Take into account that the PSP plays on grass, not turf. PSP at HB isn't happening unless the PSP acquires 6-8 fields of turf, to use at a single event. I do not foresee PSP HB in your future.

I'm not so sure. NPPL fields are 100 feet wide and PSP fields are 120, and that 40 feet is a big deal.

Most likely adding extra feet on each side for pit and spectator side

Something like that. I believe that insurance requires a minimum of 5 feet between the net and the closest possible spectator. Add in the pits, grand stands, and room to walk between the boundary and stands and you're looking at an easy 20 extra feet, if not more.
Also, another consideration, PSP and NPPL currently have events scheduled for the same weekend in August. PSP has their's listed as tentative, NPPL posted and retracted their schedule. If both stand where they are, NPPL will effectively hammer the proverbial nail in its coffin.

Actually - I believe he's saying 40 feet because the layout had 2 fields side by side - meaning you'd be at least 40 feet closer to the water. Add in pits, etc.. you might even get closer to the water.

Hey, I think we all agree that the next step in paintball evolution is to start playing in 3 feet of water.

Bah I say, you just need to add the tides into your scheduling plan!
