I like the flexs better. More customizable, comfortable, and protection (I don't like how small the i4 is). Try both of them on though and see which one you like better. It's always personal preference.

i4 over proflex but E-flex over i4

Neither. They are pretty much complete opposites. The I4 is very small and tight to your face, while the Proflex is bigger and well sits kind of far away. My Proflex also feels very soft and a little loose, while my I4 is a pretty tight fit. Both are incredibly light though, very comfortable, and give you lots of view. The only real downside on either is that the Proflex lenses are a lot more difficult to switch out.

Either decide which fit YOU are going to like best, or go try some on at a shop and decide there. Any paintball shop should have both masks available in their store.

If you do decide to buy the i4 make sure to try on the one you want to buy at a shop rather than order one. I love mine and wouldn't trade it for anything but they DO NOT work for everybody. A significant number of people simply cannot fit into an i4 mask without either exposing a large portion of their face or being really uncomfortable. But if you are a lucky one like me and the i4 works its truly amazing. With the Proflex or even the SLY profits they always "felt" like a mask but the i4 just feels literally like an extension of my face.
