my DW fibur barrel sits in the bottom of my bag, tucked away nice and safe. I've got a CP barrel case that i got for free a LONG time ago that holds my freak inserts, as well as a few CP backs and fronts

I buy paintball stuff to use... I try to keep it nice but don't lose sleep over it. You could probably find something that'd work in sporting goods or the crafts section of Walmart. Most of mine are also 1 piece barrels so it does make it a little more tricky.

The only thing Ego related I use/have is an Ego case. Got it in a trade somewhere along the way and works great to holding barrels and a backup. You can ask around your field and see if someone has one they're not using

Ego owners buy the gun for the case, keys and lube. They'll give up their gun before the case. nododgy

I really like the Ricochet AK I have. Got an Apache, too, but it never worked right. Too bad, really.

That deflection crap actually worked too. The only problem is that depending on which side you deflected from, it would deflect straight into your goggles.

True. They were also pretty light and fed well enough for the time.

That deflection stuff was strange because I was watching my friend and one hit his hopper and broke, but there wasn't enough paint on that surface to call him out. The biggest things I look for in a hopper these days is reliability and battery life.

battery life isnt really that important imo. even vlocities could go through at least 1 day of heavy tournament play and that is more than enough. all i care about is jamming, when your loader jams up when you are running someone down **** does not end well. so far 0 jams in my spire, even shot tomatoes out of it one practice
