Searched around a little, can't really find any info on it. Whats the max bps it can feed?

I'm thinking about buying one new, but I keep reading that it has problems feeding once the paints low in the hopper and has a problem feeling shots of some guns?

Is this hopper worth the $230?

yes it is worth the money coming from a rotor user. but not speed like rotor it senses sound so it can go well over 30bps

Whats the Max BPS allowed in your local Tourney?

I believe the Max BPS is around 20bps on gun.

It is definitely worth the money.

It is NOT sound activated as ibunkerupwnd type above. Instead it has a g-sensor which feels the vibration or the jerk of the shot.

The Spire won't go 25 bps, but it's consistent at around 22-23 bps (Full auto DP E1 25bps backyard mode of death FTW!)

I used mine last weekend on my old ironman Timmy with the speedy 2 board I shot 26 over a balistic crono and the clock both at 26 working on getting a video up soon

A few years back it was all about how fast uncapped can I shoot. Ego's prove that point as do Rotors 50 bps. As long as hopper keeps up with the marker who cares? I cap at 12.5 anyway for rec play because of new players (and have lowered it further if rate of fire is really not and issue) ie more Noobs than experienced! The Spire may or may not go above 25 bps, but for me I don't care. I keeps up with all my play and shooting, has good battery life, holds the right amount of paint (I don't have to run it almost dry before reloading like the Rotor), and it NEVER jams. I have several loaders and by far the Spire is my fav and worth every penny even new!
