Actually, the court docket indicates there wasnt a trial on 12/10, and that splatter requested a continuance until march. Now Im officially confused.
12/10/2012 PLAINTIFF'S REQUEST FOR POSTPONEMENT (BEFORE SERVICE)
FILED .
12/10/2012 MATTER RE-SCHEDULED FOR SMALL CLAIMS HEARING ON 03/11/13 AT 01:30P M, IN DEPT. 005 .

james, i think we're thinking about a matt and his lil bro from simi valley pbusa times?
matt hager sounded familiar to me too but i saw his pic and definitely wasn't him.

ive never been at pb usa in simi. i would know him through Warped, Camp P, CPP, or SC.
was this the guy that promised to get a team a gun deal if they gave him $7000 or something like that and then took off with their money?

ive met the guy before. total douchbag. told me he played for the ton tons and sac damage, because he had all dye gear.
he also told me he could get me dm12's (back when they came out) for 600, and i was going to buy a few from him. so glad i never went through with the deal.

I got an 08 ego from this guy after the season started. It was a good deal, but to think it might have stolen from someone then sold to me. That sucks.
BTW he never gave me the case either.
