Depends on how much it was. If it didn't cost more than a normal AR that's fine.

If you paid like $2000 for what is basically a normal AR with Magpul furniture from a "custom" shop that has been known to make subpar stuff (at least what I've heard) then you got ripped.

Nope I think I paid somewhere around 1500 for it haven't had a problem out of it except wont shoot anything under 50 grains. From what I've concluded. Magpul parts basically make the gun awesome and comfortable to shoot.

I can mount magpul specific rails to my front guard all around it but just haven't spent any money on it except ammo/mags looking at getting a 45 AFG and a new eotech sight.

Before you drop the $$$ on an eotech let my buddy test this knock off he is getting. It's a 552 knockoff, has all the markings and everything. Only it's 70$ shipped. So far I've had great luck with my acog knock off.

The red jacket does an good ar. For their krinkov aks 74u... Horrible job of it. Several videos of customers complaining of bad rivets, keyholing barrels and lots of jimping on the quality. Basically a 2800 dollar gun and needs 1k worth of repairs

There is a reason it's 1/6 the cost of a real one. Also airsoft.

Your money, your gun, go for it but you will get what you pay for and it probably will be ****.

But the eotech I want is 479$ Ugh I don't wanna spend that on a sight at the moment unless I sell my vapor then maybe but reall that's serious $$$ on a dot I could see payin that on a scope for my 30-06 but really for a dot I shoot preety good at 100yds with open sights just for more conscience anyone have suggestions cheaper then 450

There are some aimpoint clones I've heard are decent. Not holosights but red dots. I've heard good things about Vortex Strikefires (and the other dots they make). Like $250 and faaaaaar more durable than any airsoft knock-off EoTech.
