My extcy is brand new havent had it over a month and the bolt has already jammed. When I pull the trigger air releases but the bolt wont move any advice?

Have you taken it out to clean it? Relube it? Checked anything at all?

Check the battery, that's been the cause of alot of my Extcy issues. Did you lube it? Too much or the wrong kind causes problems. Then try upping the dwell or velocity.

Take the bolt out and examine it.

Did you take the gun apart at all? I've seen a bolt stuck because someone put a longer screw into the hole under the trigger guard, and the screw ended up digging into the bolt.

remove the bolt out the back, check for any torn/missing orings on the bolt, check the breach for any torn/missing orings there should be 2. Clean both breach and bolt, paper towels work well wrapped around a swab for the breach. relube the bolt and insert. If problems continue rule out both bolt and breach and continue to troubleshoot. check for the screws like neo suggests, buy a fresh new good battery such as energizer max or energizer lithium ion and turn on/air on the marker. I have had many an issue with o-rings/batteries that are solved with new rings/batteries and fresh lube. reccomend dow or sleek/greese form GOG. Take care of your marker and it will take care of you. marker hums beautifully at 14ms dwell with a energizer lithium ion battery.
