Job Description:
The Park Operations Manager is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day running of MN Pro Paintball’s park. The Park Operations Manager oversees all aspects that makes the park run and considers what can be done to improve operations. This includes key functions, such as managing the customer experience, strategic planning and development, monitoring health and safety, handling staff reviews & maintaining rental equipment. Park Operations Manager implements & executes strategies to constantly improve customer satisfaction and park development.
Job duties of the Park Ops Manager often include working outdoors, and day-to-day aspects of the job potentially include heavy lifting, navigating through large crowds and ensuring satisfactory customer service from all employees. Managers frequently shift focus throughout the course of a work day.
