I was 17, WoW 27 years ago. Played at Fields of Honor next to stoney point. Was going to the mall, looked down the side of Topanga Cyn and saw these guys playing. Back then it was pgp or splatmaster single shots. The next weekend I was out playing and have been hooked ever since. Now my son is starting to play with me.

I was 8 when I first started playing my father told the park that I was 10. I used a sheridan pump at the time. I first hit with a paintball was dead smack center of my chest. I remeber it was hard to breath and it cut my chest. After that I was hooked. Over 20 years later I have my kids that are extremely hooked. I have a 12 year old daughter who headed in the direction speedball and I have a 10 year old son that plays nothing but woodsball tournaments I also have a 6 and 5 year old that are eager to play. Unfortunately they dont right now. In the mean time they take my markers apart

I was around 27 when I played my first game back around 1985. I used a rental gun that was a Rapid Splat master pistol. Near the end of the game I was watching a gun fight from a distance without my mask on. I got hit with a stray shot on the cheek of my face. My check swelled and the owner of the field thought he would never see me again. I went back to play the next weekend because I got hooked. Then got my brother and his friends involved and the rest is history for our team. I still play now as a tanker and use Tippman A5's as my primary gun. I bought my own Rapid those many years ago and now have the pistol and semi converted rifle in my collection. They still work. That was high tech back then.
