Demon Noob

Just got a Demon recently off of here in the BST section

Some reason its not shooting straight
Used 3 different paints (premiums, field paint, and valken paint)

It isnt shooting straight
The paint is just going everywhere (curving left, right, up, and down)

Before I mess with it, what could be the problem with it and how to fix?

Also tried 2 different barrels
The vanguard barrel (underbored)
and
The deadly wind fibur barrel (underbored and overbored)

Thanks for the help

What is your velocity spread over the chrono?

Try doing a VERY small overbore.

Paintballs don't fly perfectly straight though.

I don't have a chrono
Would low velocity be causing this issue?

I understand paintballs dont fly straight, but the paintballs that come out of my Demon curve outwards like 1 ft different directions every shot and they curve after only 7-10 ft of travel

I would only be able to hit a tree 1/2 ft wide 50% of the time 10 ft away

How old is the paint?

The gun shouldn't be causing that kind of inaccuracy.

I'd try getting to a chrono and checking your velocity spread though.

It'd be nice if you could give a much better detailed response
Something that could actually give me an idea of what I need to do or help me

Sounds to me like you have too much lube in the gun and it`s shooting out, of the internals onto the paint.

Or you have paint in your hopper coating all the new balls as they go into the gun.

Or.....the gun is shooting so hot it`s insane.

Hopper is clean so it isnt the hopper

I'll check the lubing again

The gun is hot

Clean your barrel.

Turn the velocity down if it is hot.

This more than likely is your culprit. The Prior owner probably over lubed it and it is shooting out of your barrel.

Reset the Settings to stock and chrono your marker. If the velocity is too high it will curve all over the place.

Clean the barrels with dish soap and water, rinse throughly and dry.

When the marker is shooting between 280 and 300 it will sound like you're shooting low.

Best bet Clean Barrel and chrono. Out is higher and in is lower on the HPR.

WildWayz works for a Paintball manufacturer
I'm with the others... sounds like over lubing, and some lube got on your balls.
Take out the bolt, clean off all lube and re-lube it lightly again.
Also, clean your barrels again and your breach.
