What's practice day? Sorry I'm new to the CFOA scene. But I do know that the first tournament last year was feb. 11 so I thought they would have posted the dates a month in advance

I'm new to CFOA as well, but the guy running my team mentioned it. From what he said, and the way he described it, it's like a pre-season tune up with the refs, etc. not sure if it's free or not, but as I was reading in the CFOA thread, sounds like it is the weekend they do their ref clinic. See their posting regarding the referee clinic for the dates.

If I read it right, the Saturday is their classroom day, and the Sunday is the practice day.

^you got it. I believe last year you got entry/air, CFOA ID, and a case for the $85 fee.

Quick summary of what I've seen, expect the Referee Clinic mid to late February. The first event of the season will likely be in Rock Hill and should come in the first half of March. Everything from there on is speculation.
For those interested in the Referee Clinic, it is a CFOA sponsored event in order to train new referees, shake the rust off of old ones, and just have a generally good time. Entry is usually $70 and that includes entry, a case of paint, AND your 2013 CFOA ID. If you're interested in playing this, keep an eye out on the Nation for when the thread is posted. There has been a team limit as this is not a tournament and has limited field availability so GET YOUR ATTENDANCE NOTED QUICKLY to ensure that you have a spot! See everyone there!
Keep in mind though, I'm not representing the CFOA nor do I have a real clue. I'm just going off of how things have been done in the last year or two.

Does a 2013 PSP ID work for CFOA as well?

Last year the CFOA ID was separate from the PSP ID. We'll have to see if there are any changes to that for 2013.
