I have an iPhone 4S on 5.1.1 with a Jailbreak I want to retain. Do I need to restore inorder to use your unlock? Also, If I restore back to 5.1.1 after your unlock will the unlock remain.

Yes, you'll have to restore in order to unlock.
I believe it would still be unlocked if you found a way to downgrade. Did you save your blobs back when 5.1.1 when the most current ios version though? |

Yup, you will need to cut your T-Mobile micro SIM down to fit the iPhone 5's nano SIM tray, or go to T-Mobile and request a nano sim. But other then that, you'll be set after i unlock remotely

Lets give it a shot. What do you need from me for you to unlock my phone? What method is used. I have seen some "Factory Unlocks" that do not last after a while.

I've been selling mine since ATT first started the program last year and haven't had one person come back to me saying their iPhone was no longer unlocked. I believe what your referring to is one of the unlocks that requires a jailbreak, which would lock itself back after you update the os on the phone. Those unlocks aren't stable, and they void your apple warranty.
My unlocks are implemented first by ATT and then approved by apple. If your phone breaks you can tell them it was factory unlocked and they'll give you a factory unlocked replacement. You can update the firmware 10,000 times and it'll still be unlocked.
All ill need from you is your IMEI (via PM's). Then you wait for 12-24 hours and ill message you letting you know it was approved (out of nearly 2,000 unlocks not a single one has been denied), and then you'll restore your iPhone in iTunes and its unlocked. Simple as that. |
