My Find
Hello everyone, im new to PbNation, but not to the paintball scene. I have just recently purchased a new, but used, gun to my colletion. Its a Dye DMC, it came with a black vents mask, 70/45 dye throttle tank. I bought all of it for $100. I thought i got a pretty good deal. I couldnt figure out how to post a pic of it so if someone could help me out i would appreciate it!

You have to use a image hosting site, like photobucket.

Yeah, then you just have to copy the direct link and put image wraps around it

That tank is a 70/45? if so that's sweet! I've been looking for a stubby tank with large capacity

Is this fixable on the tank? i know a new tank regulator is $80 for a dye one, but would others work on it also?

You could get a new reg for say $40, or you could have an airsmith replace your schrader valve. Talk to DYE about your options if you aren't sure what to do!

just buy a ninja reg. They are easier to maintenance and you can lower the pressure. Dye regs are junk most places cant even work on them. I have two of these tanks and they work amazing I love the 70 stubby but i made sure the first day to put ninja regs on them.

someone at a local air fill station said i could probably just replace the valve stim in it, so im going to try that first then go from there. being a college student don't really have alot of money to work with lol. Thanks for the input though!!!
