Hey guys,

Just some food for though here: do you guys think that besides a contract ending (let's say possible renewal talk was in the works) they could have split due to maybe not wanting to shoot axes/remain with PE?

Just want to see what people think.

*NOTE* Don't take this as a "this happened" thread, no fighting, just want conversation and thoughts.

I doubt it makes much of any difference which marker series the team shoots. At that level the performance of the marker is a mute point and any preference is primarily, look and feel.
When a contract ends, you look for the best deal for your team.

Pro team scout teams based on a nuber of things.One being the ability to shoot enough paint to lock the field up or will they have to push into guns.


The ability to shoot enough paint is rather a big deal.

i asked ryan why dynasty didnt shoot axes, he told empire what the team needed in order to shoot em, the offer wasnt good enough, so they still shoot pe. i think its only a matter of time until teams are 98% factory team, and 2% paint, look at the iron men, they will be 100 percent dye this year now that psp is letting any paint company in.

I don't think that Dynasty left because they didn't want to shoot the Axe.
I think they left because they either didn't get an offer to stay or it was very reduced. In the last two-three seasons were not great for them. To earn the money they get they need to do really well.
They have made some strong moves this off season. I hope they improve for 2013. If not I don't think the team will make it to 2015. Lets face it, the core of the team has shrunk to 2-3 players that have been there for more than 3-4 seasons. The rest of the guys have moved on with life.

I think what he is trying to say by "that level" is the level of skill that comes with pro players and ALSO the level of performance of these markers that the pro's use. And I agree with him, all the high end guns shoot great and it is mostly preference...

Exactly, they are all pros and the markers they all use are the high end for the most part. They all shoot markers that can consistently shoot 15+ bps hands down.
