Hey, it could be worse. At Walmart in Puerto Vallarta, you have to be 18 to buy spray paint in a can. But do they post a sign? No!
Instead, they take the spray nozzles off ALL the cans and put the caps back on. So you buy your paint, go home, no nozzle, go back, and find out you have to get them at the RETURN counter. I just had to waste another 30 minutes to find someone to translate to find out why.
The answer was to keep kids from grafiting the walls. But why the nozzles? Just the way we do it here. Seems the over 18 group makes up for the under 18. If the wall is white, it becomes a mural. Most is junk but some is art. If I had a wall, I would spray an invitation on it for the artist to submit a proposal to paint it. The winner gets free paint and signs his work. Maybe $50 to boot.
Carefully planned irresponsibility is the KEY to mental health.
If you haven't grown up by age 50........
You don't have to......

What Pump Scout said. A store is allowed to make their own rules about how they sell their merchandise. I agree, it's stupid for some items. I remember I went in to buy pods once and they wouldn't let me. Pods. I know they are technically paintball gear so the clerk had to follow store policy, but damn that just seems ridiculous.
