I like the idea of a summer and fall xball event. Breaks up the cost into two events rather than trying to maintain it all season. Would love to play some xball this season.

there is the ncxl now... that is probably why they stuck with the 5-man format. I would love to see it come back also though, since ncxl is hard to call local besides the event in monroe.

Honestly, when I was out there last I dont see it being an ideal tournament location, the parking alone is awkward , im not sure if it could handle the capacity...

Only one field. Its kinda small. And the parking is deff awkward.

starting to wonder if construction of a CFOA dedicated field is in order! i always wanted my own personal field for personal and family/friends use just dont wanna get into running a field.....no rentals, no proshop nothing fancy just field/air/pisser!!! wonder if people would be interested in maybe renting or leasing for thier private practices or even if CFOA would snatch it up......got about 5 acres im sittin on at the moment just a thought i had

The CFOA is a tournament series it doest have a field and non will it, we travel to different field and " field owners" aka paintball business to help promote tournament play
if you have a business and field, insurance, proper netting, parking, we will go and support local paintball.

Also thats a pretty interesting screen name u have ......how long have you been playing

in regards to prizes... I personally play for glory not gold. But when I do play for gold, TOC offers exactly what I'd be playing for. Anything less would not be worth it. Truth be told, I'm perfectly fine with lower entry costs and remove the prizes all together... should my team be good enough to take first, I don't need a prize. A trophy would be plenty good for me.

and im not completely sure what my screen name has to do with my expeirence but if you must know i played from 2002-2007 and then stopped playing for the last 5 years, but now im back and ready to play....

Those ARE startboxes. They arent included in the bunkers useable on field and theyre the same for every event.

No worries. Are you suggesting that we use the penalty boxes as such as well? Otherwise it is hard to justify building them and carrying them around for events.

On second thought, I'd love to see the xball events use the old penalty system though...
