Conditioning
Okay I have noticed there isn't too much in the way of conditioning or training drills to get a player's body in shape and stay in shape for tournament or woodsball. Would anyone care to share some tips, advice, or exercises they've tried or know works great for the benefit of others?

being fat has nothing to do with being "conditioned"
just because someone may be a skinny *** person, doesnt mean they can run for 5 miles straight

Okay none of these are really helpful, I'm fit and in shape just by doing mile and a half runs, push ups, and sit ups. I'd like to see something useful to others like wind sprint drills, and gun practice drills, that type of stuff.

If somebody is too out of shape for ****ing paintball, they are not only fat, but likely morbidly obese and very weak.

But we know for sure the fat guy can't. I would give the skinny person more of a chance.

You can also supplement beta alanine to increase endogenous carnosine levels.

I prefer to work out alone. It enables me to concentrate on the lessons that the Iron has for me. Learning about what you're made of is always time well spent, and I have found no better teacher. The Iron had taught me how to live. Life is capable of driving you out of your mind. The way it all comes down these days, it's some kind of miracle if you're not insane. People have become separated from their bodies. They are no longer whole.
