Nelson bolt in PMI tracer

Just got a pmi tracer pump and wanted to know if i can put a nelson bolt and hammer kit in it to make it adjustable. Thanks for your help.

I believe that the new Empire trracers are backwards compatible with the PMI ones...so you should be able to get a new bolt from empire and drop it into your older trracer without and issue.

The new ones are adjustable.

I think you have to change out the hammer and valve tube as well because the new design is different.

If I remember correctly, that's not necessary if all you're going to change is the bolt.
The old Trracer/Mavericks had an unconventional design in that the powertube was built into the hammer, so if you were going to change out either of those parts, you would need to change both.

That shouldn't effect the bolt and its velocity adjuster, though.

I also remember that you could use the old pump arm screws in the new bolt, but not the other way around. The new threads are probably a close metric.
