20 beers in one week. Cot dayum.
I drink at most one night a week and most of that is clear liquor.
That being said, my old roommate would drink nearly an entire 6-pack a night. At the least, 2 beers a night. Just don't like beer/alcohol enough to do that lol.

I still think 20 a week is a lot. 1-2 beers a night then on weekends that still means you are drinking every single day.

Actually it's a fairly standard Xgrams Alcohol/week.

In terms of trying to get bigger, 20 beers is certainly going to be a detriment.

Rum is ****ing nasty.
I have to stick to beer because it forces me to slow down. I simply cannot drink enough beer fast enough to get what most people consider "drunk". Legally intoxicated? Of course. But no blacking out, vomiting, badly slurred speech, falling on the floor, etc for me. I do pass out quite nicely once I decide to go to bed, though.

1lbs of Grass Fed ground beef.
1 whole spaghetti squash, cooked and gutted.
1 tomato.
1 can of tomato sauce.
Mixed up in a pot (after cooking meat). Pasta-less spaghetti. Not bad either.

Definitely eat vegetables with the eggs instead of the oats for first meal
Chopped spinach or kale in the eggs is money

Good idea. The oatmeal was a pain in the *** anyway.
I'm really trying hard to balance bulking and health by taking the hard road of cutting gluten/gliaden from my diet (for the majority of the time). I think having white rice post workout is a good balance as I'm able to eat squashes, fruits, root veggies and other fairly dense foods throughout the day, since I'm taking a break from IF (was uncomfortable bulking).
Definitely eating more veggies/fruit than I have been...which is good.
Will probably move oats into my noon shake instead:
2 Scoops Protein
1 Serving Frozen Mango
1/4 Cup Frozen Spinach
1 TBSP Cocoa Powder
1/2 Cup Oats
Try to get a tbsp of coconut oil too (realized my fats were a LOT lower than I expected).
Also I'm thinking of making a cheat sheet for popular food choices if you guys would like it.
Would break down popular protein choices into 50g servings. Carbs would be broken into 100g servings. Fats would be broken down into 10g Servings (would be small overlap in this category).
EX:
Protein:
X Amount of Meat Y = 50g of protein
X Amount of Meat Z = 50g of protein
Carbs:
X Amount of Carb Y = 100g of carbs
X Amount of Carb Z = 100g of carbs
and so on.

I know about that site, I use it all the time. But why not have a master cheat sheet, of commonly used foods that are broken down into the most common portion sizes we use in BBing/health, based on macronutrient composition?

I have one of those. The way mine is set up is I list the food, then I list how much protein, carbs, and fat are in one gram of that food. So one gram of rice is like .1 protein/.7 carbs/.001 fat for example. So If I want 100 grams worth of carbs, I just take 100 divided by .7 and thats how many grams of rice I have to cook to get 100 grams of carbs worth of rice.
